  • Who can I contact if I have an enquiry?
    • A member of the Acorn & Pip Loves team is always on hand to help with any general queries, but if you have a question about a specific product, please contact the vendor directly
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We are currently only shipping to UK addresses.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • Yes! You will receive free shipping on all products on Acorn & Pip Loves.
  • Do I need to create an account to purchase?
    • No, you can checkout as a guest if you prefer. However, to view your order history and contact our vendors, it is advised that you create an account.
  • How do I place an order?
    • Simply add your favorite products to the cart and checkout as usual. We will then automatically contact the vendors to inform them of the order and they will process your order for you. Please note that if purchasing from multiple vendors, dispatch times will vary. Please be sure to note any specific product shipping times (such as personalised items). 
  • My order hasn’t arrived yet, can I track it?
    • Please contact the vendor directly, found on the brand page to enquire about tracking information.
  • Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
    • Please contact the vendor directly to discuss changing or cancelling your order. Please also refer to our Terms & Conditions if you are unsure. 
  • Do you offer exchanges/refunds?
    • Yes of course. However, normal T&Cs apply. Please contact Acorn & Pip Loves directly if you have any general questions regarding your return. Please refer to our terms and conditions for general information regarding returns.

  • What types of brands can join?
    • Our market place is for brands that believe in something. They make the world a better place through their business and  have values that set them apart. We are striving for a diverse marketplace and all businesses offering a physical product are considered. We love value-led, small businesses with amazing photography and beautiful products. 
  • How do I join?
    • Head over to our website and follow the link to our sign up sheet, once received, a member of our team will be in touch.
  • I am not based in the UK, can I join?
    • Currently, only UK based businesses can sell on Acorn & Pip Loves.
  • When will I get a response to my application?
    • We have a small team reviewing applications  and we will be in touch as soon as we can. Please don’t hesitate to contact us in the meantime if you have any questions or wish to add further information to your application. 
  • What are the terms of application?
    • Please refer to our terms and conditions for details regarding joining our marketplace..
  • Am I able to cancel my membership on the marketplace?
    • Yes, you can cancel your brand shop on the marketplace at any time and it will be closed 14 days after your written notice..  Please note that our joining fee is non-refundable.
  • What are the fees to sell on APL?
    • Please contact us to discuss seller options.
  • What is required from me?
    • You will be required to upload products via our seller dashboard, manage orders, inventory and tracking information.. We require beautiful photography,  great product descriptions and first-class customer service. 
  • What do I get in return?
    • Each brand profile will be lovingly created by our in house team, meaning setting up your shopfront couldn’t be easier! We are on hand for any questions and are always happy to help and support your growth. Your products, brand values and story can feature on our social media platform, which has over 40,000 engaged followers on Instagram, 16,500 on Facebook and over 8,000 email subscribers.
  • Can I speak to someone about my application?
    • Our account managers are always happy to help with any questions that arise, please feel free to drop us an email or request a phone call for a chat.
  • How can you support the growth of my business?
    • As a valued member of our marketplace community, you will receive a bitesize weekly newsletter, with valuable information on how to grow your business.

We invest in our community, with paid advertising campaigns, promotional and seasonal lifestyle photoshoots, blog and social media spotlight features.
