Returns

Acorn & Pip Loves’ aim is to help our customers to shop mindfully with our gorgeous marketplace brands and we trust the quality of our brands. If there is anything that you’re not happy about then our customer service team will always be able to help you. If you would like to return your item/s, you can do so, provided they are returned within 14 days of the original query and in original, saleable condition with the packaging provided upon receipt. You will need to contact the vendor directly through our site, we are always on hand to help too.

Please note, you can not return an item that is a dated product (such as a newspaper or magazine), any item that will deteriorate, personalised items or items that are unable to be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

How to return an item

Follow these steps for a simple return:

  • Drop us an email at hello@acornandpiploves.com to let us know that you wish to refund an item.
  • Let us know your name, email address, the item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund.
  • Post your goods back to us within 14 days including your original packing slip.
  • Any items must be sent back unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.
  • Any items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service as Acorn & Pip Loves is not liable for these costs of lost items. You will be provided with the returns address by the vendor. 

How to exchange an item

We do not offer exchanges because small businesses often don’t carry enough stock to allow for this . 

How to cancel an order

To cancel an order, you must let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@acornandpiploves.com and we will try our best to accommodate. Please read our T&Cs here for further information. 

Refunds

Once we have received your return item, it will be thoroughly inspected, the same as on dispatch and we’ll email you to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If it has been approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund amount will be the total amount paid for the items purchased (not including postage and packaging on non-faulty items). Each payment method has its own processing timescales for returns and we accept no responsibility for these timescales. Refunds will always be processed through the website and no direct transfers will be made.
